Kudu: Everyone loves Kudu! If ever there were an animal that represents a plains game hunt it would be these brush loving beauties. This is why they are included on all our hunts. Keen like an old buck whitetail and built like an Elk, Kudu have the deserved reputation to elude hunters like no other animals. Often times they just vanish into the landscape leaving the hunter to wander if they really existed in the first place. Truly great Kudu hunting requires a strong population to support hunting pressure since many times you simply will not be able to take advantage of every opportunity. We have plenty Kudu on our property and after taking five of them myself in some of Africa’s best wilds, I can attest that the best hunting I have ever done for them is on our lands. Thick, lush draws and a lot of water easily available have contributed to this fantastic hunting. Our Kudu are recognized as “Cape Kudu” in the record books and make for spectacular hunting.
